The Color Run is an event series and five-kilometer paint race,
inspired by the Hindu festival of Holi, which is owned and operated by The
Color Run LLC, a for-profit company. It takes place in North America, South
America, Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, Africa, Qatar, and the United The Arab Emirates.
Holi
tradition is followed in a cultural manner in Shantiniketan in West Bengal,
Vishwa Bharti University, founded by Rabindranath Tagore celebrates Holi with
songs, dance, and flowers. It is known as the Basant Utsav or Spring Festival.
Hola
Mohalla is another Holi tradition followed by the Sikh community. It is usually
the day following Holi where people gather at Anandpur Sahib to display
